Your website is an important part of your business, and we treat it with the same level of care we would expect for our own projects.
We only request the access required to complete the agreed work. Whenever possible, we recommend using temporary or collaborator accounts instead of sharing your primary login credentials. Once the project is complete, you can remove our access immediately.
Any information shared during the course of a project is treated as confidential. Credentials, business information, and project files are used solely for the purpose of completing the agreed work and are never shared with third parties.
We take time to understand the issue before making changes to your website. Work is performed only within the agreed scope, and we communicate any findings or recommendations before proceeding with additional work.
We believe clients should always know what is happening on their website. Throughout the project, we keep you informed of completed work, any issues discovered, and any decisions that require your approval.
We encourage the use of secure passwords, two factor authentication where available, and role based access instead of sharing permanent administrator credentials. These practices help protect your website during and after the project.
When the work is finished, you are free to remove our access at any time. We do not expect or require ongoing access unless you have requested continued support.
Questions? If you have any questions about how your website, data, or account access will be handled, we are happy to explain our process before any work begins. We believe that trust is built through openness, clear communication, and professional standards.
